City Payment Services Temporarily Unavailable Sept. 30-Oct. 4: Several City payment services and public counters will be temporarily unavailable beginning at the end of the day Sept. 30 and will resume at 8 a.m. Oct. 5. Plan ahead and learn which services are affected.
The City is considering updates to the permitting process for qualifying 100% affordable housing projects.
The proposal would: ✅ Streamline permitting for eligible projects ✅ Maintain objective design and development standards ✅ Keep environmental protections in place ✅ Continue community meetings as part of project development
This proposal does not change where or how much housing is allowed.
